Spinoff: Vegetarians - what do you eat?
I do not eat a lot of meat at the present time (maybe 2-3 servings of turkey and chicken a week), and I'm thinking about cutting down even more. I'm trying to get some ideas of good, healthy vegetarian meals. If you're a vegetarian (or even eat veg most of the time), would you please share what you eat on a typical day or even just a few balanced vegetarian meal ideas? I'd be very grateful!
