Co-washed for the first time

So this weekend I co-washed for the first time. Now I understand exactly what you ladies talk about. I'm convinced and hooked!!! I even added a little honey to my Aubrey Honeysuckle Rose conditioner then deep conditioned. This morning I didn't have to moisturize before work. And my hair is behaving today. I just wanted to share!
Dare to be......remarkable!!!

I have yet to try this. Maybe this weekend. Did you use two different conditioners ? One for the co-wash and one for the deep condition?

Can someone tell me the benefit of adding honey to your condish? I'm a total newbie...

So glad it worked. I'm hooked on co-washing. Honey is a humectant (attracts moisture) and also makes hair curlier. It adds richness to conditioners.
