2) I co wash about every other day.
3) I usually try for 2nd day hair, so I usually don't wet and only condition the length, unless I've gotten really sweaty.
4) I deep-condition about once a week, sometimes longer. So far that usually means I leave conditioner in my hair overnight.
5) I like to put coconut oil on the length of my hair (dry) at night. I only do this I plan to wet it in the morning, becasue it's so easy for me to get too much.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's answers. :bounce:
I use no-poo or co-wash daily with [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/DevaCurl-No-Poo-p-53.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=devacurl-devacurl-nopoo]Devacurl No-poo[/buylink] or VO5 Tea Therapy Vanilla Mint Clarifying conditioner I use Devacurl One-C or Back to Basics Jasmine Curl Refreshing Conditioner daily. Use [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Elucence-Volume-Clarifying-Shampoo-10-oz-p-37.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=elucence-elucence-volume-clarifying-shampoo]Elucence Volume Clarifying Shampoo[/buylink] about once a month Try to DT with [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Jessicurl-Weekly-Deep-Conditioning-Treatment-p-106.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=jessicurl-weekly-deep-conditioner-treatment]Jessicurl Weekly Deep Conditioning Treatment[/buylink] once a month. I never just wet and rub my head/hair - I would at least co-wash or skip the whole wetting thing entirely
Occasionally I can get 2nd day hair so when I do, I just spray my hair with MisterRight on those days.[/list]

1. Use Suave Clarifying Shampoo once a week or less - depends on the stylers I'm using.
2. I co-wash everyday, either with a conditioner or No-Poo.
3. I wet my head everyday, massage and condition it as well.
4. I don't deep condition often, but frequently while in the shower, I'll mix some condition 50/50 with honey and slather that on.
5. I try to do an ACV rinse every other week or so.

2) I don't really co-wash with a separate conditioner. Every other day I apply conditioner in the shower.
3) Every other day I massage the scalp while conditioning
4) I deep condition about once a month but really just whenever it suits me (which isn't too often)
5) Some nights I apply a little oil to my hair before bed.

2.) Condish daily EMBC
3.) Co-wash - once or twice weekly
4.) DT once a week
UPDATED:
1.) lemon/condish rinse once a week
2.) Condish daily (several different ones)
3.) Co-was twice weekly (still looking for my HG)
4.) No need to DT these days
that's the only Deva product I haven't tried. I'm not using any leave ins right now, but I think I need to start up again now that summer is over.

2) Co-wash - if I think I need my hair washed more than twice in a week.
3) I don't do this one at all although I have this habit of scratching/rubbing my scalp before a go to sleep.
4) Deep-condition - I did this once a week starting out, now it's more like once or twice a month.
5) Other - OIL! I use jojaba oil almost every time a wash.

2) Co-wash - Suave Naturals 3x a week
3) Rarely
4) Once per week, followed by ACV rinse
5) Occasionally (once a month, or less), shampoo w/ Jessicurl GLS
I'm trying not to...
2) Co-wash
a couple times a week.
3) Wet your head, massage your scalp with your fingers, and condition the shaft
I'm not doing this yet. I want ot really miosturize for awhile
4) Deep-condition
I don't but I put jojoba oil in after I wash.
5) Other
I have been using all devcurl. Right now Angel is my gel.
2. I never just do a pure co-wash, but see above.
3. Never
4. I don't normally have a problem with dryness so I don't deep condition that often - just as needed. Seems like I need to do this maybe once every three months or so.
5. Other: I use a sulfate shampoo when my hair is feeling like it needs it. I do this maybe once a month, at most. I sometimes add honey to my final rinse. I have been styling with Paul Mitchell Round Trip and B&A Gel...loving this combo at the moment anyway!
For styling: homemade flax seed gel, Curl Keeper, and/or KCCC
Current favorite product: *KCCC*!!
I use a clarifying shampoo on my lenths whenever I find the ends are
tangly/velcro-like. Hmm - once a week/every ten days?
2. I CO every other day.
3. Dry hair inbetween.
4. I hardly ever deep-condition; my hair would probably love it, but I´m
just not that much of a planner.
5. Leavein every day during spring, summer and fall.
Oil in the winter - to keep the flyaways at bay.
My hair is two inches shy of BSL and so far this is working fine for my hair. In fact, come to think of it, my hair hasn´t behaved this good in a long time! Yippeee!
2)
3) everyday
4) once a week/ once every 2 weeks
5) i usually straighten my hair anyways,
but i have given up straightening for about a month
2. I use a micro fiber towel for 10 minutes and then I either air dry it or use a diffuser.
3. On days that I don't wash it I add gel to my hair and pomade on the ends.
4. Once a month I scrubb my hair and scalp with baking soda to remove build up.
5. I get my hair trimmed every 8 weeks to keep a great shape and cut off the ends.

2) Co-wash: Usually twice or maybe three times a week. Depends on my exercise schedule. If it weren't for getting really sweaty & frizzy from working out, I can get 3rd-day hair.
3) Wet your head, massage your scalp with your fingers, and condition the shaft: Maybe once a week, but I do smooth CO over my scalp as well as the length.
4) Deep-condition: I was doing a homemade DT every two weeks for awhile. For the past two months I've been using a lot of coconut oil in my hair (just scrunched in for 2nd day hair, or to smooth down frizz), or I use Ojon Restorative Treatment. Again, sometimes just to revive 2nd day hair, or as a smoother. Sometimes I massage my scalp and smooth more into my hair or comb thru more, and sleep on it. Sometimes I leave it in while I'm exercising or all day long.
5) Other: Scalp massage with Ojon, or with jojoba/tea tree/peppermint oils, leave on overnight. ACV rinse maybe monthly or if I feel I've gone overboard with the oils.

1) Shampoo: haven't in about 7 weeks
2) Co-wash: I've been co/lemon juice washing once a week. I think at this point, though, it's a bit much, so I'm conditioning more this week and just going to co wash next weekend. So, once a week
3) Wet your head, massage your scalp with your fingers, and condition the shaft: Every other day, mostly. I'm a SAHM so showering in the morning can be a challenge some days. I've done well with 2nd day hair, though still haven't figured out how to achieve curls without the halo. I loved Lavender Mist at first, not it frizzes me up. Still perks up my curls, but the frizz is crazy.
4) Deep-condition: did it once while my hair was still overly dry. Don't know when I'll do it again. As needed, I guess.
5) Other: Nothing else, I guess. Still learning what to do.
I shampoo every 2 or 3 days.
----I CO but not twice or more in a row, because my hair gets too tangled
----i mist sometimes but it usually doesnt give good results but i love the smell of my mist ( goth rosary )
----I dont deep condition as much as before, once in a month or less
