  Cute cut! When my hair was very short, I used to use the Giovanni mousse. It was very lightweight and didn't have much hold.

  If you wanted high end, I could see DevaCurls wave maker working for you. You might want to buy trial size first though as it is a polarizing product.

  Your hair looks great short! I have heard from a friend who recently cut her hair short that Cantu wave whip worked really well for her.
