As you may know, NaturallyCurly was acquired this fall. The new company has not renewed my contract, and so, while I will pop in to CurlTalk from time to time as just me, I will no longer be administrating CurlTalk. I don't know who will be; I've asked numerous times for clarity on this but have received no answer.

I'm sure they'll have someone look into CurlTalk now and then to make sure all is well.  I've shared with Guide 65 the person at NC who manages the site, so she can share any emergency issues.

I'll see you around!

Oh, Gretchen.  :(  You are unique and wonderful and I will sorely miss you!!!  You have helped me with all kinds of questions, not just about hair.  Best of luck with everything you do going forward.  This is a great loss to Curl Talk.

I love all the Curl Junkie products. Still experimenting with gels and curl creams. Still hoping for 2nd day hair....

I'm  sorry to see you go @Gretchen. I fear that the forums are going to be neglected again.
--I'm located in Western PA.   --I found NC in late 2004, CG since February 2005, joined the forums in May 2005, started going grey in late 2005.   --My hair is 3B with some 3A, currently at mid back length when dry,  texture-medium/fine, porosity-top is low, middle is medium, ends are porous, elasticity-normal.   --My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, coconut oil, honey, vinegar.

@jeepcurlygurl, I echo the same concern but I'll give it a chance. However, this is a sad day not to have @Gretchen administering the forums. We love you so much, Gretchen!  <3 <3 <3

Thank you all for your kind words.  I'm very sad, as well.  I sent many requests hoping the boards will be attended to; hopefully they will be.
