tips on high porosity hair

my hair is low porosity and i have some questions and need advice. what products are good for high porosity hair and how can i help it to grow? i'm currently using shea moisture but i'm not sure if it's helping me.

    Is your hair high porosity or low porosity?  You mentioned high twice, and low once.  I assume one of those is a mistake!

    Your hair will grow the same rate regardless of porosity. One tip I have is LOC. If your hair is fine or wavy consider this  modification to it, mixing one drop of light oil into the cream. I would start out small and work up. Alternatively, if you only use one product, mix a drop of light oil in it. This helps seal in moisture. A hard hold gel can also act as a sealer to as an alternative or in addition to oil.
