Oil for fine curly

I have fine curly 2c/ some 3a hair and I’m transitioning back to curly again. My hair really needs moisture right now and when I scrunch the crunch out it starts to feel dry and get frizzy quickly (humidity levels have been to 70 to 80% here). Anyone with similar hair have luck with using an oil to scrunch?

I sometimes use a drop of almond oil. It is light weight and helps retain moisture.

The only oil ive had luck with was coconut oil, as a prepoo.

The only oil that I have had decent results with is the Weleda Rosemary Hair Conditioning Oil blend. It is relatively light.

Argan and sweet almond oil are my go to's. They're very light and give the hair a healthy shine.

I have super duper finer than baby hair fine hair. The 2 oils that have worked for me (I leave it in overnight at least, or for up to 3 days, noting that I am retired and don't have to ever go anywhere if I don't want to LOL) are almond oil and hemp seed oil, which I get from the grocery store. Hemp oil works best for me. I can't use coconut oil even though my hair loves it because it hates my scalp. It worked great for my hair but had seriously negative consequences for my scalp.
    3A tending strongly towards 3B
    High density
    ???? Porosity
