Is anyone or had anyone started the CGM? Could really use a buddy. This isn't as easy as I thought it would be.

I think most of the people here are CG, or modified CG.  I've been doing this for about 2 years.  I'm still seeing improvements, but I haven't mastered winter hair care yet, so I've had several months of pretty bad hair.  Hurry up spring!!

I've been CG for 13 years. I have a simple routine and use simple, cheap, easy to find products. But it takes a lot of experimenting and reading and learning. Have fun!
--I'm located in Western PA.   --I found NC in late 2004, CG since February 2005, joined the forums in May 2005, started going grey in late 2005.   --My hair is 3B with some 3A, currently at mid back length when dry,  texture-medium/fine, porosity-top is low, middle is medium, ends are porous, elasticity-normal.   --My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, coconut oil, honey, vinegar.

    Hi :-)

I've been on the CGM for two months now and really liking it - it does take a lot of experimenting, I'm still trying to figure out which products my hair likes/doesn't like.

Check out the CGM  articles and look at the recommended product list. You should also be able to find a list of CGM ingredients to avoid too.
