  I would say 3c/4a me too. But there are no fast and hard rules for the care of hair of certain curl patterns. You will need to listen to your hair along the way to learn what works and what doesn't. Something that might be very helpful is to find out the other (maybe more important?) properties of your hair like porosity, level of elasticity, current level of moisture etc.

  I agree with 3c /4a. More than curl pattern, figure put your hair properties to determine what products and techniques are right for your hair.
