I'm planning on deep conditioning tonight before I travel tmrw. Do I do a no poo cleanse and then deep condition or do I just deep condition?

Deep conditioners tend to work best on clean hair. I would say wash your hair as usual and then deep condition. If you've been using any products with cones, it would probably be a good idea to get all of those out too by clarifying beforehand, just to be sure that your hair is absolutely clean. You can then wash out the deep conditioner once you've left it on for the desired amount of time, and then style as usual if you want.
