Recommendation for Deep Treatment/Conditioner?

I've got 3a-ish hair, medium texture, normal porosity. New to CG, have been exclusively co-washing for the last 3+ weeks and my hair is LOVING it! Every time I wash I have more curls appearing than the time before.

I still feel that my hair is not as soft as it could be, and I know a lot of CGers use DTs. My hair isn't really dry or damaged, tho - haven't used a flat iron, blow dryer or colored my hair in about 10+ years. I'm just looking to further reduce the frizz factor and am thinking that an occasional DT would help.

So, what are good product recs, and also how often? I was thinking maybe starting out once a week or every-other week.

Any tips would be appreciated!

Curl Junkie rehab is incredible, HG for me. Hibiscus Banana Deep fix is also awesome, and has a small dose of protein. Once a week sounds good, as it gets colder I'd do an additional mini DT (15 mins in the shower) every week, but I have really dry hair.

I use Shea Moisture deep treatment masque once a week. I love it. You can add olive oil or coconut oil toit for extra moisture but I havent needed to yet.

Straight coconut oil works for me. I've also had success with SM anti breakage masque

I agree with Curl Junkie rehab or deep fix! Expensive, but really worth the money (for me).

Frizz could come from different things, it could be too little moisture (so than a DT will help), but it could also be too little proteïn, build up, or using humectants in either high or low dewpoints in your leave-in and/or gel. You could check those things if a DT isn't working.
highlighted 3a hair. Fine strands, medium to high density. Probably high porosity. Growing uit bad layering and aiming for waist lenght!

    Pre-poo: coconut oil
wash: CJ Daily fix or SheaMoisture Coconut&Hibiscus
RO + LI: different every time
Styler: CJ Pattern Pusha, CJ CIAB

dislikes: glycerin in low dews, scissor happy stylists, magnesium sulfate

I too love CJ Curl Rehab! I probably don't DC as much as I should, but I tend to leave my daily conditioner in my hair for at least 5 minutes before rinsing it out. This seems to make a difference for me in maintaining moisture.
