  Thing is, a fair portion of your hair is shaved. Because of that, for me, that portion can't accurately be gauged. Needs to grow out first. As for the rest, I would guess 3c. Looks wet though, and/or like it has product in. So maybe 3c/4a.

  You could have some 4b or 3b at the back as some people have tighter or loosed textures at the back of their heads.
  
  Grow your hair out and we would be able to tell.

  It looks 3c to me, the curl doesn't look as tight as 4a but if you grow it out , it may get weighed down.
