Alternative ways to preserve flat twist out?

I love flat twist out of twist/braid outs its definition is my absolute favorite :love1:. i combine bantu knot. And when i take it all down it looks like corrine bailey rae hair! The only issue is preserving them. Retwisting at nite is so time consuming and having two different curl patterns from both the flat twist and the bantu knot its impossible to not disrupt them.i have tried everything from pineapple to ponytails in sections w/ a combo of silk bonet at nite and some of my curls are always crushed with unwanted frizz. I wonder if there is a method other than re twisting at nite that will not interrupted my perfect curls? If i could find something i would prob wear my hair that way more but i feel like to spend so much time on it only to get one wear is a complete waste. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated
