So I had to share my experience from the other day.
After work the other day while in the garage elevator, one of the girls that worked in my building was telling my how much she loved my new cut (I got a BC a few weeks back). After I thanked her and told her cutting off 22" was really hard for me since I don't have a lot of experience styling short hair, she said the most awesome thing. "So what size barrel curling iron are you using, because you have the most adorable curls!" I told her she made my day because they were natural, and I have been very proud that I was able to achieve a consistent look. She was astounded and said she thought I had been getting up super early every day to curl all my hair.
Just had to share since this was my FIRST stranger compliment since going CG.

Highly porous. Color over grey.
I love all the Curl Junkie products. Still experimenting with gels and curl creams. Still hoping for 2nd day hair....

Since I did it though, I had chopped off all the old color treated hair and it really helped my curl pattern tighten even more than the last photo. I just haven't taken any more since then. I'll have to get back on that.
