Transitioning from Heat Damaged Hair??

Hi everyone! :hello2: I am new to the site, but I have been lurking for a little before I decided to join. I just had a really brief question and it might have been asked before, but I am going to ask again.
I have heat damaged hair, severely in some places in my hair, in others not so much. The hair towards the crown of my head is really straight and flimsy looking, and towards the back of the my head and the sides its much better but still has a little damage.
So my question is, can I grow out heat damage just like I would if it were a relaxer? And any other tips that could help me to make my transition better?
Thank you so much. :thumright:

Okay thank you so much
I used to have heat damaged too and I tried everything, then I started using Pro Naturals Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment with Heat Protector which is pretty good and it can help you to repair your hair, it helps strengthen the hair that's prone to breakage, splitting or snapping off, gently smooths the hair, reduces Frizz and helps prevent heat damage, plus leaves hair healthy, shiny and resilient. Hope this can help and good luck with that. :grommit: :happy1:
