    Wow RCC I had to go and read the whole thread because I was kind of out of the loop on your whole story. Its so wonderful how things worked out and both of you are so lucky to have such supportive people in your life! I think happy reuniting stories of adoption are so touching and wish more stories were like yours. Thanks so much for sharing this with us. :)

    --I'm located in Western PA.   --I found NC in late 2004, CG since February 2005, joined the forums in May 2005, started going grey in late 2005.   --My hair is 3B with some 3A, currently at mid back length when dry,  texture-medium/fine, porosity-top is low, middle is medium, ends are porous, elasticity-normal.   --My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, coconut oil, honey, vinegar.

    The funny part is that we've both lost 15 pounds this year.

    I got up to 190 at New Years, and I was annoyed that I couldn't find clothes that fit that I liked. I'm at 175 now and back into a 12, which opens up a lot more clothing choices. I'd like to knock off another 15 or so.

    We had a good laugh that we both lost the same amount of weight. She definitely got my physique, so I feel a little bad that weight is probably something she'll have to watch since neither of us are meant to be willowy. On the upside, she is larger framed like me, and also taller than I am, so she can carry more and pull it off.

    I can't wait to see her in her wedding finery. The wedding is in 6 weeks. It's an afternoon wedding, so it will be springy and flowery.
