Newbie Intro.

I'm not a cury girl, but my daughter is. Three years ago I read Curly Girl and was so thankful for the information there. It has saved her hair. At seven years old her curls are to her waist and she loves them. A mom couldn't ask for more.
We do keep her hair braided most of the time to eliminate the need to detangle daily. Thankfully she loves braids, too.
I came to the forum to look for more help. She swims about once a week and it's causing some difficulty...stick and frizz. Today we're using Whattacurl Wants and then Avocado Wrap with the hope of restoring the soft and "together" curls.
