Is this normal?

in Hair Type 4
For some reason, my hair is about 3 different lengths. The top is about chin length, the sides reach the top of my collar bone and the bottom is like collar bone/ arm pit length. I cut my own hair when I did the big chop so I may have cut it a bit unevenly, but I'm pretty sure I didn't do this much damage. :S So, is anyone else's hair like this? Or, is it just mine?

To even it out, you'd have to cut it. Your hair is basically even in length now, it's just falling from different places on your head, as NickalNack said. If your hair continues to grow at the same rate, they would continue to be uneven. My hair is the same way, I just let it do what it wants, I've given up trying to tell Izzy what to do, lol!
