how do you like the brow shaders by mac? the girl swore by them. seems like it's just shadow...oh well i bought it so we'll see. i used the stud eyebrow pencil but will combine or whatever with this.

luv, i don't use their brow-shader, because i have a shadow that works quite well with my brow colour - Coquette.

if you've already found something that works - why switch????

i like the stud eyebrow pencil by mac a lot but it lasts less than one month!!! i need to find a pencil in the same color that works and lasts more than a month. i wonder if the brown eyeliner would work as a brow pencil.

what do you think? do you think the ingredients in the eyeliner and eyebrow pencil are that different because they have an eyeliner that works well and lasts a long time as a liner?

the shadow set is nice...i like the underbrow highlighter a lot. i really think my brows look best when i use the shadow and pencil.

i don't use MAC pencils very much... almost every makeup company in the world gets their pencils made at the exact same facility in Germany, so the differences between them are often negligible.

i like Bonne Bell liners for the eyes and lips and use an eyebrow pencil from a Canadian company called Annabelle because it's so cheap and i go through them fast myself because i like to keep them really sharp for filling in!

after reading the ingredient lists for both the MAC eye shadows and powder brow fillers, i can only find slight differences in them. as with most makeup stuff, it really comes down to personal preference in the end!

thanks rouquinne...i'm in search of a cheaper eye pencil...i didn't know that about the pencils being from the same place....interesting...in search of a less than $5 eyebrow pencil that i like. btw, i tried maybelline (i know everybody uses them) and the color was all wrong....once my brow set is out i might just stick with shadows that works...

the only MAC pencil that i am married to is Teddy eye kohl!
