I need a chilli recipe

Does anybody have a good recipe for crockpot chilli?

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, do not drain
    2 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, not drained
    1 small can diced green chiles
    one and one half cups water
    two cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. instant onion soup mix


    1. Brown ground beef in large saucepan, drain grease. Add water, garlic, chili powder, oregano, white pepper, salt, and instant
    soup mix. Let simmer approx. 10 minutes.

    2. Remove mixture to large pot. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, and green chiles. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer approx. one half-hour. Make a day ahead and reheat during the second quarter so it will be ready for half time. Top heated chili with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.

    Yield: About 9 cups

    Here's my favorites:

    Sam's Best Chili

    1 lb. ground beef ( use a low fat percentage or else you will have greasy
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    cook in a frying pan until meat is not pink
    Toss into a large pot or crock pot
    1 large can (28 oz. I think) chopped tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 small can black olives (optional)
    stir well
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 tbsp. chili powder (or to taste. I used 3 today and it was not very hot)
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper

    Simmer on the stove 4 hours or in the crock pot on low 10-12 hours

    The next one is my favorite and the signature dish of Cincinnati Ohio, my birthplace.

    Cincinnati Chili

    2 lbs. ground beef ( I use a lb to lb 1/2)
    2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    2 tbsp. chili powder
    2 lg. cloves garlic (minced)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 red pepper, cracked
    2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 whole allspice*
    5 whole cloves*
    1 bay leaf*Kidney beans (drained and heated
    Chopped onions
    Grated Cheddar cheese
    *Put in cheese cloth bag.
    Brown ground beef, then put in Crock Pot with water, tomato paste, chopped onion, chili powder, garlic, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, red pepper, cocoa, Worcestershire sauce, and the cheesecloth bag with spices. Cook 8 hours on low. Add beans and cook on high for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over thin spaghetti and layer with chopped onions and cheese. Can be used for chili dogs. 6 cups.
