My homegirl posted this on FB. I'm no Wendy Williams so I don't know anything about wigs or weaves or anything. But did they have to cut the wig or something to get it to fit the babie's head?

It's a lacefront, and yup....they likely had to cut it to fit the shape of her head. *smh*
A wonderful mix of coils, curls, corkscrews, and kinks.

This is not a joke. There's an article here http://hellobeautiful.com/your-world/dbennett/wtf-mother-puts-lace-front-on-baby/ about how the mother got the lace-front wig made to match hers.... So sad. :sad11:

That is just horrible. I posted on the original thread, but that poor baby looks like a chinchilla with all of that hair. What baby has hair that long? And the hair looks so unnatural. Wouldn't it put too much weight on her head?

That is such a pretty baby. No baby needs to be altered. I know this may sound mean, but there are so many people who should never ever have kids because they set them up to have difficult lives.

Well, I guess all I can say is, thank god the mom isn't trying to perm the baby's hair!

Generally a lace front has to be glued to the skin around the face. IMO that's worse. If this is really true, I would categorize this as child abuse. Sorry, but that baby can't even walk yet. That's sick.

If the wig is tight enough you won't have to use to glue or tape, so I hope that's the case with this baby.

Oh I wasn't aware of that. That's good to know. But I went to the original site (SandraRose.com). It looks like glue on the edges of it. Either that or the lace wasn't cut off enough...there's something white there...
