Hi,
For the last year or so, I've been getting my hair cut at Vincent Van Zandt Salon in Frankline Lakes and while it's a good cut and great color, I am wondering if it is the best for my 3a/b curls ...that is, whether the cut is enhancing the curl. Also, a cut, single process color, glaze and highlights add up to $300.00! Prior to that I was going to Allison at Glamour Too in Waldwick for a Devacut but my curls looked string-y and I didn't like the highlights .... any suggestions please?
