Any type 4's w/favorable cuts at Devachan??

I am asking for a friend. I know of one person who's hair looks great. However, I'd like to be sure this isn't a fluke by hearing of other 4 a, b, etcs who have either gone to Devachan for a hair cut and loved it (or at least were satisfied) or have had their hair cut using their methods.
