Anyone been to Julius Scissor in Philadelphia?

I can't find many curly reviews on him, as there's only one under the Salon Reviews and a small shout out in another thread. The reviews here do say he's a genius with any hair and shaping, so I'm achingly curious just how good he is with curly cuts. Anyone else been to him? Did you like your cut?

    He was really big in the early '70's. Haven't heard that name in a long time! Don't know anyone who's gone to him in the last 30 years.
