I've been doing a search of my own (because I have entirely too much time on my hands tonight) just out of curiosity and I can't for the life of me find "unrefined" murumuru butter.

The listing at gardenstatenaturals features deodorized butter. http://www.gardenstatenaturals.com/store/spec/murumurubutter.pdf
I thought deodorization involved refining? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I wonder how much of a difference there is between the two and why it is much more difficult to find a listing for "organic" or "unrefined" murumuru butter. I noticed that a few online stores listed the Akamuti brand as organic, but when you go directly to the Akamuti site, they don't even call the butter organic or unrefined...and that's the kind of thing companies aren't bashful about promoting.

    anywho...
