Updated my guide :)

I just did a full revision of my guide. There are a couple changes in the sections that were in the original post, and I've added sections on texture, porosity, and dew point. I also did some badly needed HTML clean up, so now the links don't look weird and the font doesn't randomly change. That always bothered me, but since it required retyping the entire post, I was too lazy to do it until tonight. There may be another section forthcoming, but it is late at night and I am sleepy!
