steamer?

This thing is giving me fits trying to get it stable.

I "get how it goes", but getting that long screw in the bottom to be sturdy is making me scream.

    I did.

I don't recall it being a problem. I just inserted the screw and went on my merry way.

Is the screw not fitting? What do you mean by stable? The unit is sort of wobbly. It is not the sturdiest piece of equipment.

I confess my dh did it for me but he didn't seem to have any problems with it. Are you sure you didn't get a defective one?

    Thats what I mean. :)

I am scared the top part may fall over bc it is wobbly.

As I mentioned, mine is sort of wobbly, yet I don't feel as if it is going to fall apart.

When I rolled it after putting it together, I thought it was going to fall over because when moving it, it doesn't feel very sturdy. Now I just know it is lightweight plastic, and that is how it feels.

Yet, when I have it in place and using it, it doesn't move or wobble.

Thank you everyone. I finally got it.

I went and got a hammer and hammered the part that fits over the legs more deeply along the pole part.

Then I took some pliers and slowly twisted the nut/screw as tightly as I could.

    It doesn't wobble anymore now.
