Squeezed lemon vs.concentrate lemon

I was wondering if bottle lemon juice concentrate (the juice in the green bottle) is equivalent to squeezed lemon juice.

I rarely have fresh lemon in the house when I get the urge to do a lemon/conditiner rinse in my hair. I have always used RealLemon or even bottle lime juice concentrate and never had any probs and always felt it worked rather well. As for equivalent in # lemons to # Tbsp bottled juice, that I don't know off the top of my head but info on the bottle may help with that.
