Baked fish

Hello, I was wondering if there's anything that I can use to coat ordinary whiting fillets before baking.
I'm trying to stay away from deep-frying, but would LOVE a good crispy coating on the fish without the oil and grease.
Maybe crushed cornflakes (not sure)
Thanks in advance!

On a side note, I ran out of coating for a fish-fry this weekend, so rolled the filets in crunched-up mustard pretzels. It was surprisingly good, but it would probably be even better baked in the oven.
