cG method works?

Hey :)

I began doing the cG method . I stopped washing my hair with shampoo and just wash it with [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/AG-Recoil-p-24.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=ag-hair-cosmetics-recoil-curl-activator]AG recoil[/buylink] conditioner . I leave it.. then rinse.. After, I put morrocanoil treatment in my hair. For now, it's good but is there something else I should do? :) Also, my hair is damaged because I was straightening it a lot and my hair is thin.

Thanks!

    I have a few suggestions!

Try using two conditioners instead of one. Buy a thinner conditioner for co-wash (conditioner wash), and a thicker conditioner for your main conditioner.

V05, Suave and White Rain are really good co-washes. And for main conditioner, go ahead and continue using your [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/AG-Recoil-p-24.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=ag-hair-cosmetics-recoil-curl-activator]Re:coil[/buylink] conditioner. When you run out of that, though, I recommend Generic Value Products Conditioning Balm from Sally Beauty Supply. It's really thick and will help repair damaged hair, and is a knockoff of the much-pricier Biolage Matrix Conditioning balm.

Use a leave-in conditioner every time after you wash your hair, such as Lustrasilk Olive Oil Cholesterol or Giovanni Direct Leave-in. Do deep treatments once a week...Jessicurl Weekly Deep Treatment is popular. Lustrasilk Shea/Mango deep treatment has also gotten great reviews. Or make your own deep treatment by mixing 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons honey together.

Whatever deep treatment you have, gently rake it through detangled hair, put your hair in a shower cap and leave it in for an hour. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Do these treatments once or twice a week.

Be patient for the CG method to work! Your hair will start to look and be more moisturized. If you have any more questions, I'd be happy to answer them :)

I think the Moroccan Oil Treatment has cones in it. If so, you'll need to use shampoo to remove them.

I recommend Generic Value Products Conditioning Balm, from Sally Beauty Supply :) Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition is a drugstore conditioner that has gotten good reviews also :)
