Today I stumbled upon a recipe for apple crisp and decided to give it a try. So glad I did - it's delicious!

Here's the food blog I got it from:
http://www.lovintheoven.com/2009/05/another-apple-crisp.html

I used a smaller pan, so I only used 3 apples and added some oats to the flour mixture.
CG since 6/15/08!
Medium-Fine/Normal Porosity

We make a pretty mean apple crisp too.
It's my Aunts old recipe very similar to yours but with no egg & no brown sugar.
We use apples, sugar, flour, softened butter cinnamon & water.
Turns out ulta crunchy. Love it.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 mins.
You reminded me to make some thanks!
