Battle of the Flatirons: Maxiglide, CHI, SEDU. Which is best

Hi there

I have very thich 3c curls. i like to straighten occasionally in the fall. I have a CHI, which is pretty good. I usually blow dry, then flatiron. But it just smoothed it, it was still poof city. A few days after that, I usually go to a stylist who flatirons it to get it "bone straight". I would like to eliminate this step and be able to get it straight on my own. I would really appreciate anyone's response as to what flatiron gives them teh rest result. Im torn between the maxiglide and the SEDU. Please include your straightening rountines as well. TIA!
Super Thick corkscrews and waves. LOVE Elucence MBC, Giovanni 50/50 condish, Qhemet Products, V05 Calming Chamomile Tea Therapy condish, Jessicurl WDT. These are my official HG's that I love oh so much

I have the CHI too, but I really wanted the Sedu, so I got it. I like it better, it makes my hair straighter and holds the straightness. I deep conditioner first, let it dry, apply some heat-protectant stuff and de-frizzer, and just straighten away. I definitely recommend it.

CoN green, HE hello hydration, burt's bees super shiny condish, & KCCC.

    mostly 3b, mod CG

Smiles are free, so give them away.

Celebrate we will, 'cause life is short but sweet, for certain.

I have 3a/b hair and have used a CHI since March and love it! My hair stays straight, even when its raining outside or theres humidity.

I dont blow dry my hair.....the best is washing and conditioning one day and let it be curly to give it a rest. I put on some Biosilk b4 I go to bed, then in the morning I straighten....adding a little more Biosilk if necessary. It comes out bone straight and stays that way until I wash it.

I cant say enough great things about the CHI!
3a long thick -botticelli hair when there is humidity
2c wavy w/curls if there isnt.
currently using Bioterra & KMF in winter
    Jessicurl styling in summer
    Natures Gate poo & condish
Thank you NC for bringing me back to curly!
