SUPER RAVE for LUSH's H'Suan Wen Hua Hair Treatment!!!

(I've also cross-posted this on Product Reviews board as well.)

This is a pre-conditioner that you leave on on dry, dirty hair for 20 minutes or longer. You then WASH (not rinse) it out with shampoo. Can you say F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! This stuff is THE BOMB OF CONDITIONERS!! :P

I left it on my hair for 40 minutes, then washed it out with Lush's I LOVE JUICY shampoo. My hair was sooooo silky it felt unreal! I thought I may have inadvertently put a lite texturizer in it or something that's how soft it felt. After washing it out, I proceeded to add conditioner to comb out my tangles which I now believe WERE NOT THERE. The comb was gliding thru and my coils looked stretched out. It seemed like alot of bulk was reduced.

I then styled my hair using my Nexxus Phyto Organics gel and let airdry. My hair looks wonderful and the scent from the Wen Hua Hair Treatment is still lingering. I read that it would do this and last for a few shampoos. I'm not too crazy about the smell, but I'll sacrifice it if it will continue to make my hair feel the way it does.

Here are reviews for the product on both Lush and Makeupalley's website:

At first I was a little skeptical, because I thought my thick 4a hair wouldn't yield, but it did. Next time, I'm going to try it with the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Miss-Jessies-Curly-Pudding-p-578.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=miss-jessies-curly-pudding]Curly Pudding[/buylink] and Curlisto styling products.

A truly wonderful, and I do mean wonderful product! :D

Also, Lush's Silky Underwear Dusting Powder is also very good, if anyone's interested. 8)

I love the ingredients. There are 2 Lush stores in my town. I'm checking it out this weekend. Thanks for the review.

That sounds great, Jada! I've wanted to try Lush products in the past, but for the life of me, I can't figure out why they need Sodium Laureth Sulfate in their conditioners.

What's funny is that I wasn't even looking for a hair product. I wanted their Silky Underwear body powder, but while reading Lush reviews on Makeupalley stumbled upon the hair treatment. I'm so happy I did! :D

I'm not feeling the Sily Underwear dusting powder. :( I'm not too keen on the scent and I think I'm allergic to it. Ever since I've been using it I've been sneezing a bit more. I guess I'm going to have to send it to my friend that likes floral type scents.

Jada, are you still liking this product? Has anyone else tried it? I was in a Lush store the other day and was sooo tempted to buy this.

I have some in the fridge if you want to swap for something. Can't remember if I posted it on the swap board, but it's 2/3 full. PM me if you want to swap or buy.

I only used it once. It did soften my hair, but after I used it I used [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]Kinky Curly Curling custard[/buylink] and plopped and slept on it. In the a.m. my hair had shrunk and had way less volume. I like volume and I don't mind shrinkage but this was a bit much. The [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] is also very volume reducing.

My hair felt great and it smells good if you like a spicy smell. I used it on dry hair, then shampooed. Other thing is, I primarily co-wash, so it was like an impulse buy I didn't think through.

Thank you Karenmc3 I read all the reviews, most were pretty positive. I want to give this a try myself. Since the shelf-life is so short, I would have to order new. However, shipping from the Lush site is about 15-days or so, thats way too long of a wait. No stores in my area.
