SINGLE STRAND KNOTS help :(

I've been natural almost 5 years. I have a regimen and I know basically what works for me. I trim every 8-10 weeks because of single strand knots. How can I keep from getting them. I wash in sections, have a filter, about to go back to my satin pillowcase, and oil my ends. I've baggied once since being natural but uh I don't wnna hear noise when I roll over and I didn't see a big improvement.
Any advice is appreciated

Unfortunately there is no solution to single strand or fairy knots except cutting right above them. It happens. As far as baggying over night I suggest using a satin scarf or bonnet over the baggy it reduces the noise significantly.

I usually wear my hair in box braids or twists to avoid knot. Anytime I let my hair air dry curly, I get knots.
