BRHG and KCCC and Shampooing

I am finding that when I use BRHG and/or [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] I need to shampoo more often. This stuff does not easily rinse out with a cowash. Have others experienced this?

No, I haven't found that to be true -- it comes out easily with a co-wash for me. But everybody's hair is different.

    No problems here either.
    2C/3A/3B - modified CG - fairly fine now, normal/low porosity/normal elasticity

Current Main Rotation: MG217 medicated or Aim2Health 'poos for scalp, Elucence cond., Spiral Solutions Protein & Deeply Decadent Cond., CJCCCC reg or lite,CJ Pattern Pusha,, Giovanni LA Hold Hair Spritz + lots more, sporadically

HG Method: Super Soaker + Smasters-ing, brief upside down diffusing w/360o diffuser then clips/clamps & air dry. Newly gray - stopped my henna glosses!

No problem with either one of them but to be sure -- use light conditioner.
Homemade FSG, CK, KCCC and BRHG. Co wash w/Suave, or soap bars (occasionally) or Come Clean (Kinky Curly).

I don't need to use shampoo in order to get it completely out of my hair, but I have noticed that it takes me longer to get either of them out of my hair when I co-wash. I actually started lo-pooing every third wash or so because I'm afraid of build-up, but only because my hair is so fine and so easily weighed down. I never really saw any evidence that it was building up in my hair when I just co-washed.
    [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]2b/2c, fine, thick, normal porosity/elasticity

Current routine: co-wash & detangle with AIA Coconut CoWash then RO. Experimenting w/AG re:coil, DCVF & All-Nutrient Hair Proteinizer.
