Workout Clothes?

Who's having trouble finding good workout clothes? Anyone?
I started running over the summer. I bought a pair of pretty inexpensive capris at Target, made mostly of a breathable nylon-like material. I don't like cotton, as it traps heat and sweat against my body and makes my runs that much more of a challenge. They have a fantastic pocket at the back of the waistband, where I can stick my iPod while I run. I quite like them, but damned if I can find them in the stores (or online) anymore. Of course they would discontinue them once I decide I like them. Harumph.
So, where do you shop for workout gear? I've looked a lot of places online, but they mostly want 40-60 bucks for the style that I like.

"And politically correct is the worst term, not just because it’s dismissive, but because it narrows down the whole social justice spectrum to this idea that it’s about being polite instead of about dismantling the oppressive social structure of power.
Fun Fact: When you actively avoid being “PC,” you’re not being forward-thinking or unique. You’re buying into systems of oppression that have existed since before you were even born, and you’re keeping those systems in place."
Stolen.

I ended up splurging on some capris and pants from Running Room.
I can't justify spending that much on clothes that I'm going to sweat and get all nasty in. kwim? however with winter coming around, I will invest in some better winter running wear. probably from running room

May be worth a try. I really like adida's but can't stand to spend so much on them. Seriously. I'm going to be sweating and dropping water and getting dirt on them.

I get my Champion jog bras at Target and usually have good luck with tops there. I wash my workout clothes every day and I find that the better quality pants especially, hold up better and longer than the cheaper brands.
