Everything looks ok except for the curl spray. It has a water-soluble silicone in it (which can still build upon some people), which may not be a problem for you. But it also has alcohol as one of the top ingredients. I'm guessing it's not a moisturizing alcohol, so it may dry out your hair over time. If you already have it, you can try and see how your hair likes it. It may be ok for you.

Herbal Essences gels are all CG. I think most of the Aussie gels are as well (I use Aussie Instant Freeze). Got2b spiked up gel is also CG.

Otherwise everything looks good! I think a basic routine like this one is best when you're starting out, because it gives you a baseline and helps you to know what your hair does and doesn't like as you start experimenting. Good luck!

Actually the shampoo has a sulfate (see 5th ingredient). This is one of the bad sulfates, not a mild surfactant. It is on the list of bad sulfates struttswife has on her website

    http://www.livecurlylivefree.com/product%20ingredients.htm

Aqueous Extracts of Ananas Sativas (pineapple), Carica Papaya (papaya), Zingiber Zerumbet (awapuhi), Aloe Barbadensis (Certified Organic), Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Oleyl Betaine, Soyamidopropalkonium Chloride, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), Soy Protein, Vegetable Glycerin, Macadamia Ternifolia, Aleurites Moluccana Nut Oils (kukui), Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycereth 7 Cocoate, Sodium Benzoate, Phospholipids, Macrocystic Pyrifera Extract (kelp), Botanical Fragrance

Another curly on NC used this and complained of having horribly dry hair. I don't recommend it.

I like the Aubrey Organics line. They have a lot of different types of low poo type shampoos that don't have the harsh sulfates. They contain surfactants that are made from coconut. They also contain lots of other good ingredients for your hair similiar to the Alba. The price ranges from $8-12 depending on the specific poo.
