What is going on with my hair?!

Things had been going so good (see AV pic) and now all of the sudden I am a frizzy mess :sad7: I have not changed any of my products or routine (Co-wash with GVP or Deva No-Poo, No-Poo for leave in, [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink], BRHG). Can change in dew point really make such a drastic difference? Up until recently we had been having a very cool summer, not humid, low dews. The past week has been 90 degrees, 73 dew point and super humid.

Any suggestions on how to tame this frizz. I don't touch during drying. I am wondering if alcohols in products are drying my hair out. This is just crazy!

Humidity can do that. On one humid day my hair was like WOAH - I honestly thought there was something wrong, but it was just humidity.
You should try a product with a lot of glycerine to help with the humidity :)

You may want to try rotating your products. I really think it helps to keep them working better.

Had my hair cut yesterday. The salon has Deva products. I let them use the NoPoo to "wash" my hair--it was a frizzy mess yesterday. I really haven't liked my hair the last two times I let them use it--don't know if it's worse in the low dewpoints.

The GVP is very thick and rich, so you might be a little overconditioned. I know not everyone likes to low-poo, but I love it and feel like it "resets" my hair to the beginning. HTH!

Well I solved my own mystery. When I got in the shower this morning and went to grab the GVP, I realized the K-Pak bottle was in the shower instead :error: So basically I gave myself a protein treatment with no DT or good conditioner afterwards. Much better today now that I used the correct product

Kathy- I plan on trying some new products because I just got your shipment :) It is so hard resisting using everything new right away, but I know I should only use 1 new product at a time. I think I am going to start with the Whispering Windz. Thanks again!
