Hello, just wondering with the heatwave going on, is everyone keeping up with their fitness goals?

Since it has been so hot, I have been doing just 1-2 miles on the treadmill and pilates.

    I have been keeping up by working out in the mornings indoors. I could not see myself doing it outdoors. I have to start incorporating cardio but I feel like I'm on the right track. Are you working out indoors too nepanthe?

    I am working out indoors too. I tired walking in the park the other day. around 7pm and still got lightheaded. My sister who is a nurse and was with me when I felt lightheaded, told me to lay off just for a day. I am going to start by walking in the park before noon. I have been doing the pilates and yoga workouts.
