Domincan Salon-NYc area

Does anyone know of a good dominican salon in the LI/Queens/Brooklyn area? Particulary one that does great rollersets? I want a rollerset minus the blow-out, but I don't have the time or patience to do one myself.

You know, a good friend of mine just moved to Brooklyn, and she comes ALL the way to Harlem for her blow- outs/ roller sets. Sorry I can't be of more help, just wanted you to know that you are not alone!

Thanks, anyway. I wouldn't mind traveling to Harlem for a good roller set. That's all I want though-no blow out. Im pretty close to all the boroughs, Queens being the closest, so I hope someone chimes in to give me some ideas!

ok, well i haven't tried these out since i only found out about dominican salons relatively recently, but i have spotted 2 in queens. one is in queens village, on springfield boulevard and around 111th-114th ave (there's a white castle across the street from it). the other is on jamaica ave and around 205th street.

the only one i've been to was one in the bronx...and they were good. i'd like to know other good salons too so i'll check back for other responses.
