cones run-ins ruin all my hard work?!

I'm sorry this has been like my 5th question this week, but I've been having lots of run ins with cones in the past week...will my hair be back to normal after a few shampoos or is it going to be like starting CG all over again?:help:

Cones are bad yes, but using a lowpoo will help remove the Cones. IMPO using a silicone is NOT like starting all over ever!

I agree. Damage to your hair is caused by continually using sulfate shampoos heat and starving it of moisture. Low pooing should remove them. It might dry you out a little but you'll bounce back. The only thing that would be like starting over is to give up the routine start using heat and brushes and sulfates and silicones for a while and totally giving up the cg routine. Then THAT is like starting over...because it basically is starting over.

I hope you don't have to start over - your hair looks terrific!
2B low porosity low elasticity fine texture
I'm not CG - tried it and failed for two years. My scalp hates it.
