Need guidance! Which low-poos clean cone buildup?

I use cones very lightly, so I need a poo that I can use 1-2 times a week that will remove cone buildup .
I'm interested in 3 shampoos, but I would like to know if they're strong enough to get rid of cone buildup, but not natural oils.

Aubrey Organics's GPB shampoo is my 1st choice because of price & protein content, however it doesn't appear to have any surfactants...
Ingredients:
Pure organic aloe vera (not from concentrate), organic orange pith juice, coconut oil-corn oil soap with quillaya bark (saponin), hydrolyzed soy protein (made from organic, non-GMO soybeans), carrageenan, organic shea butter, lactalbumin organic evening primrose oil, organic jojoba oil, balsam oil, organic rosemary oil, Aubrey's preservative (citrus seed extract, vitamins A, C and E).
Non-vegan. Contains milk protein.

contains mild surfactants like Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauryl Glucose Carboxylate, Glycerin, and Lauryl Glucoside.

I thought cocamidopropyl betaine strips cones?? :dontknow: Oh, and it's protein-free, but I use protein in my CO and styling products, so I think I'd be alright.

PS I've read the NC articles on cones, ingredients, and surfactants, so I'm starting to gain some knowledge, but I feel I need some guidance with this post. TIA!

I think all of those would work. Here's the silicone table with specific ingredients to look for:

Yep! I've seen that link before. Thanks though! I was mostly just confused because I don't even see what the cleansing ingredient in the AO GPB shampoo would be. Seems like it's just proteins and emollients.

    It's the coconut oil-corn oil soap. :)
