Hmmmm. What clothes do you think don't look right?
2b (with some straight under-layer, grrrrr)
Normal porosity, low elasticity, medium texture

(according to CurlGenie - HUGE surprise, I always thought I had fine hair and my stylists always agreed)

Tried CG for a summer, but it wasn't for me. I don't load up on sulfates and silicones, but I have no shame in using them when I want/need to! Currently loving LOOB.

I don't think there are certain clothes that you can't wear if you're curly. However with that said there are certain clothes I like to straighten my hair with when I wear them. But they would look equally as good with my hair curly. I just like to mix things up a bit sometimes.

There's one shirt I have that very hippified. I love it. It's tie dyed and has long flowy sleeves. I straighten my hair when I wear it. Not so much because I think it looks bad with curly hair but because I think it looks better with longer hair and my hair is longer when I straighten it.

I would disagree with anyone who states that certain styles only look good with one particular hair type. If an outfit makes you look good, feel good, compliments your body type and coloring, then who cares about hair type?! :glasses1: Tinah, thanks for your example because I love that us curlies have lots of options when it comes to achieving different looks!

Wearing your hair in different ways can change your overall "look." I love showing off my neck and collar bones with certain necklines, and wearing my hair up helps with that. Alternately, my favorite skirt is ankle-length and rather bohemian-looking, and looks best with my hair loose and doing its own thing.
