Hello all!

I'm new to this board, but I've been surfing the site for a while as I am haircaire-challenged to say the least. I was too busy studying when I should have been playing with beauty stuff; the result is truly frightening! I buy the stuff at the grocery store, 'nuff said.

I'm on a health & beauty crusade, hoping to redeem myself before I turn 35 in a couple of years. icon_eek.gif

Any recommendations on a good conditionner? My hair is quite long, and dry as can be.

Anyone interested in Ouidad's book? Didn't like it myself, but someone else might. I also bought Massey's and that one will be read regularly!

Off to read all of the (curly) threads! icon_wink.gif

    Welcome,
And don't have too many sleepless night's ,as I did when I first came here.
There is so much info that I would lie awake thinking about it all.
I would recommend John FRieda sheer blonde intensive as a good start to repair your hair .
Also Trevor sorbie has a new range for long curly hair which I will be trying next as it has 18 MEA in it which is the primary lipid found in hair.Sounds good eh.
    always have an open mind
