I need help with a do

Hello,

I'D be very thankful if someone told me how to make that do:

I don't know. Should I make the twist with wet hair (but only a few inches) and leave the ends open and let the hair dry.
OR
Should I first let my hair airdry and then twist them halfway?

I think you should twist on halfway airdried hair (this works better for me then wet hair) twist all the way to the ends and let the hair fully dry. Then untwist the bottom half and separate the hair with your fingers.

That is a really cute style, i might have to give it a shot...
