When I was younger, my mom would have my hair permed but it started to break off my ends so we stopped. (All of that perm grew out) But now, in these past few years my mom makes my edges get permed, so my question is how do i go about becoming fully natural? Should I just wait for the edges to grow out and trim until it's all gone?

Yes you will have to wait till the edges grow out and then cut the relaxed ends...btw your hair looks beautiful, how long did it take to grow your hair that long?

Thank you :) and pretty much my whole life lol. But my hair has always grown sort of fast, when i had the relaxed hair cut off i lost 6 inches. But um, the stylist i go to had done a treatment on my hair a few years ago, I don't know what the treatment was called though, sorry :(, but it helped my hair alot.It was some sort of tool that looked like a curling iron with a spring coil wrapped around it, and as she curled it infused my hair with a strengthening liquid.

I have another question, while I wait for the edges to grow how can i manipulate them to blend with the rest of my hair?

Maybe you could put wet your hair, put some moisturizer / conditioner, especially at the edges, then layer it with a little gel. After, smooth it back with your hand as not to put any pressure on your edges. This should make your edges blend in more with your relaxed hair. HTH!
