Please HELP! greasy hair in the summertime?!

hey all! even though this is my first post I found this site in December, and I got the book and have been using it as a resource ever since!! My no-poo routine has been working great until up to a month ago when I noticed my roots and the hair on the top of my head was getting pretty greasy, and it feels matted no matter how much i scrub my scalp...I live in VA and have 3b hair, and I usually do a co-wash 3 times a week, and condition my hair 5 times a week...i am thinking i need to switch products but there are so many out there, i dont know where to start!! All help, and any advice is greatly appreciated thanks so much!!!

here are the products i am currently using and have been using since December:
co-wash: suave naturals ocean breeze
conditioner: Loreal Vive Pro Nutri Gloss Conditioner for hair thats curly/wavy
leave-ins: Giovanni direct leave in conditioner, Innersense quiet, calm, curl control, and biosilk rock hard gelee

Hi! You might want to try a baking soda rinse and an ACV rinse. The baking soda will eliminate any product or hard water mineral buildup from the hair and the ACV will balance your pH balance.

Here is a link to the recipies and their purpose:

Make sure that when you co-wash you are gently scrubbing your scalp very thoroughly and rinsing really well.
3b spirals, fine texture, normal porosity, dense
    Deva Low Poo
    Suave Naturals Coconut for detangling
    Renpure Organics conditioner/leave-in
    Homemade FSG
    Curl Junkie Stuff

Nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect. -wabi-sabi

If you have Lorraine Massey's Curly Girl, book you know that you can spot clean your oily areas. You may be one like me who needs to use low sulphate shampoo like low poo once in a while. It won't wreck your routine. I never use vinegar, it is way too acid and drying to the hair then you have to condition the heck out of it to counter the acid. Just try the low poo or [buylink=]JessiCurl gentle lather shampoo[/buylink] they are absolutley Curly Girl friendly and will solve your problem.
