problem with curlmart tracking number

Not really sure where to post this...but I seem to be unable to stalk my purchase from curlmart which was just shipped. This is the second order i've made and both times it says the tracking number is invalid...does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
Hair Type: 3a with 3b tendencies, medium texture and normal porosity

You will have to wait 24 hours to track your order from when it is packed. The email is sent to you when the order is packed up in our shipping department.
