Why isn't the search string highlighted?

Previously when doing a search, the search string used to be highlighted bright yellow so you could easily find the information you were searching for in the thread. Now you have to read through the entire thread to find the words you're searching for. Why is the search string no longer highlighted to make it easy to find?
