THis is a semi-ripoff of a post I saw on non hair discussion board.

How many times a week do you excercise? 5-6 times a week
How many times a week do you work on your abs? whenever I remember
How often many times a week do you do strength training? 2-3 times a week
How often do you weigh yourself? every day
What is/are your weight loss goal? to loose at least 10 lbs, get flat abs, shape my arms and to slim down my hips

    How many times a week do you work on your abs? // other than pilates and yoga on occasion, never
    How often many times a week do you do strength training? // see answer to #2
    How often do you weigh yourself? // every day
    What is/are your weight loss goal? // to lower body fat, i'm toned underneath some lingering body fat


    ETA: I have to shift my focus. I was mentally stuck on losing 5 to 8 lbs. but given my body fat percentage, that might not be reasonable. So, I'd just like to drop a few more BF percentage points, even if my weight basically stays the same.

    2a/3a fine but lots of it. Just above my shoulders.

    How many times a week do you work on your abs? abdominal machines 2x/week
    How often many times a week do you do strength training? 4x/week, two days upper body, 2 days lower body
    How often do you weigh yourself? every day
    What is/are your weight loss goal? I'd like to lose probably only about another 10 pounds, maybe less. A flat stomach with slimmer upper arms and thighs is what I'm aiming for. Although I really don't want to be another clothing size. Just a flatter this size.

    How many times a week do you work on your abs? None - since I'm pregnant ...before at least 2 times.

    How often many times a week do you do strength training? 3 times

    How often do you weigh yourself? every day

    What is/are your weight loss goal? To loose all the weight I put on after the baby comes...I estimate a total of around 40 pounds I'll have gained by the end. Right now I'm at 35 pounds with 6 weeks to go...I'm guessing around 3 pounds is water retention. My current goal is to just keep working out if I can. :D
